We are passionate about digital processes and equipped with the necessary tools to monitor various real estate platforms and over 100 listing pages throughout Berlin on a daily basis. This enables us to provide you with access to a wider selection of apartments.

We are not a real estate agency or broker, therefore, we do not maintain a portfolio of apartments. Our focus is on our clients and their specific HomeSearch needs. As such, we search for the right apartment for each individual client.

Based on our experience, it typically takes an average of 3 - 5 viewings to secure a contract. In the event that none of these viewings result in a rental agreement, we can arrange for an additional 3 viewings.

We can begin the search right after our initial consultation, but it's important to note that the entire process typically takes between 3 to 16 weeks. The duration may vary based on factors such as your specific profile, requirements, and the current market conditions.

You will only be required to pay 10% of the fee upfront as a retainer for our services.

The remaining amount will only be due once you have signed a contract with your future landlord.

The process for securing a WBS apartment differs from ours. It is recommended to apply directly to WBS apartments on your own.
